An Engineering Company Built on International Contracting Experience
Sinay Çelik was founded to bring the experience its principals gained over many years on international contracting projects back to Türkiye, with the aim of contributing to the sector and taking approaches that had not been tried before.
Our plants are in Kocaeli, one of Türkiye's largest industrial cities, just 90 km from Istanbul. With 34 ports along the Black Sea and Marmara coastline and its industrial waterways, Kocaeli offers a strong logistics position.

How We Deliver a Project
A documented five-stage process. Each stage produces the input for the next; the delivery schedule is planned in erection sequence.

Quotation and survey
Review of the project file, quantity take-off and definition of the erection method.

Detail engineering
3D modelling, structural analysis and preparation of shop drawings for approval.

Shop fabrication
Cutting, drilling, assembly and welding; production control under EN 1090-2.

Surface treatment and painting
Surface preparation, primer and top coat; final inspection before dispatch.
05
Site erection
Crane plan, erection sequence, site welding and completion of the handover file.
Quality Management and Certification
Our fabrication is certified under EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-2 Factory Production Control, and our welding processes under EN ISO 3834-2. Pressure vessel work references ASME BPVC and PED 2014/68/EU.
Every job carries a traceable file: material certificates, welding procedures, welder qualifications, non-destructive testing reports and coating thickness measurements are handed over on delivery.
Predictable schedule
The fabrication programme follows the erection sequence; every delivery to site carries the pieces to be erected that week.
Documented quality
Under EN 1090 Factory Production Control and EN ISO 3834-2, every fabrication has a traceable file.

Structural steelwork, piping systems, tanks, silos and cyclones, pressure vessels and turnkey industrial plants. We can carry a job from detail engineering through to site erection under a single contract.
Our two plants in Kartepe, Kocaeli have 22,000 m² of covered area in total and operate at 1,500 tonnes a month, 18,000 tonnes a year.
We hold a Factory Production Control certificate under EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-2, and an EN ISO 3834-2 Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding certificate. ASME BPVC and PED 2014/68/EU are referenced in pressure vessel manufacturing.
Yes. On the King Abdullah Stadium project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia we fabricated and erected 1,350 tonnes of steel load-bearing system and roof steelwork; we have also delivered work in Kazakhstan, Norway and Germany.
We do both. Most of our reference projects cover fabrication and site erection together. A request for workshop fabrication only can also be met.
Shop drawings or a concept design, a bill of quantities, the delivery location, the target erection schedule and the coating system are enough. From this we establish the scope and come back to you with a price and a programme.
