Our structural steel fabrication is certified under EN 1090 Factory Production Control and the EN ISO 3834-2 welding quality requirements.
Our Factory Production Control and fusion welding quality certificates — the ones CE-marked steelwork fabrication requires — are current. Material certificates, welder qualifications, non-destructive testing reports and coating thickness measurements are included in the handover file.

Our Quality Certificates
A certificate is the record of how the work was carried out. Every record, from material certificates to welder qualifications, is included in the handover file.
EN ISO 3834-2 Quality Requirements Certificate
Certificate covering the comprehensive quality requirements for the fusion welding of metallic materials. Production with certified welding personnel and approved WPS/PQR procedures.
EN 1090-1 Factory Production Control Certificate
Factory Production Control conformity certificate for structural steel and aluminium fabrication. The basis for the execution of steel structures and for CE conformity.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Quality management system certificate. It covers the control of every stage, from raw material intake to detail engineering and from workshop production to site erection.
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
Environmental management system certificate. Waste management, use of natural resources and the control of environmental impact are run within this scope.
ASME BPVC and PED 2014/68/EU
The international safety directives applied in pressure vessel and equipment manufacturing. Calculation, welding, inspection and testing steps are documented in this framework.
Full Traceability and NDT Reports
Material certificates, non-destructive testing reports and coating thickness records. A traceable file is produced for every structure delivered.
